The preferred export format for non-linear editing software (Avid, Final Cut Pro, Vegas) is self-contained Quicktime and must meet the following criteria: Standard Definition/Resoultion - 720x480px or 640x480px; Frame Rate - 30FPS (29.97); Audio Sample Rate - 44.1 or 48 kHz stereo; Codec - Apple ProRes 422, Uncompressed, 5 Mbps min. H.264, or DV/DVCPro - NTSC; High Definition/Resolution - 1920x1080px; Frame Rate - 24 fps (23.98); Audio Sample Rate - 48 kHz stereo; Codec - Apple ProRes 422 HQ, Uncompressed, 10 Mbps min. H.264 (No DVCPro HD)
