Rich Media Formats
A Synched Roadblock consists of at least two above-the-fold ad units that may interact with each other, but interaction is not a requirement.
Synchronized animations within both banners may occur.
No out-of-banner synchronization.

Must be organic in shape, may not be square or rectangle; May not have hard borders or appear like a pop-up; Must move across the user's screen and may not stay fixed in any one place for more than one (1) second
No expansion on mouseover; Host initiated out-of-banner animation must start on load; Background for out-of-banner components must be transparent. Synchronization between applicable units must visually connect. Synched 300x250 and 160x600: Interaction MUST occur between the "top halves" of the ad units. Synched 728x90 and 300x250 or 160x60: Interaction may occur from any point in the ad units. All standard Creative Guidelines apply. All Technical Guidelines apply.
Synched Roadblock for AOL (ROS) placement, may NOT display on the following AOL page types: photo galleries, quizzes, sponsorships, pages with only one ad unit, pages with asynchronous ad refresh rates; and pages with ad units in varying locations.
